Blogmas Day 13: Traveling, What NOT to forget

Saturday, December 14, 2013

Hello my darlings!

We are almost a week away from Christmas! How exciting is that?!

Anyways, today is a brand new day and that means a brand new Blogmas post!
Today's post is about traveling, and what you should NEVER forget when you travel somewhere.

Since there are many different ways to travel (plane, car, boat, etc), I decided not to focus on what you should put on your suitcase, but on what you should carry more closely to you, in your purse/carry-on bag.

BUT if you want a simple way of keeping organized and keeping track on what you are taking with you, you can check this awesome pin on Pinterest!

The very first thing I find crucial when it comes to traveling is water.
Staying hydrated will not only make you look better, but will also make you feel better.
An hard plastic water bottle is a good solution for traveling, since there's no chance of it breaking or spilling.
This one is from Victoria Secret and you can get it here

No matter what form of  transportation you're getting, we all know that by the end of the journey your face and skin look dull and dry. So what you should ALWAYS keep with you are moisturizing products, to refresh yourself! I also included a pack of Kleenex, because you never know when they will come handy!
You can get the EOS lip balm here , the L'Occitane Shea Butter hand cream here and the Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour cream here

Another thing that is very important when traveling is comfort and warmth. A cold journey can never be a happy journey, right?
So a snugly sweater hood, fuzzy socks and mittens are a must for when you chill down.
The sweater is from Jack Willis (get it here), the socks are from Aeropostale get them here) and the mittens are from Uniqlo (get them here

You won't want to get bored, right? So getting a MacBook Air is a very clever idea if you travel a lot and need to carry your life with you.
It's light, small and very thing, so you won't even notice you have it in your bag!
You can get it here

Food will make any trip sweater, and there are so many types of snacks that choosing just one might be hard!
I bring you a mix of healthy and not so healthy snacks, so everyone can have what they love.
Special K Chocolatey Peanut Butter Granola bar (buy it here)
Clif Chocolate Brownie bar (buy it here)
Clif Mint Chocolate Energy bar (buy it here)
Craisins Original Mix (buy it here)
Chex Mix Select Sweet and Salty (buy it here)
Honey Stinger Protein Bar (buy it here

And this is my entire list of traveling essentials for the traveling season, what are yours? Let me know on the comments bellow!
Also don't forget to check Want Like Now's post!

Have a lovely day!
